Surge engages with your team to remove the stigma and create a comfortable environment to discuss all forms of discrimination. Whether the topics are anti-racism, intersectional allyship, gender identity, anti-ageism, mental health, physical disability, or sexual orientation; our workshops aim to:

 

  1. Create Awareness: Through facilitated exercises we help organizations understand how common unconscious biases are and how they impact daily decisions. 
  2. Breakdown Preconceptions: We educate leaders and team members to identify unconscious bias and automated decision making. 
  3. Facilitate Change: We empower teams with the language and tools to encourage change and implement new processes once unconscious biases have been identified.  

Our training, learning and development programs are customized for your organization and can be delivered virtually, in-person or as a hybrid delivery model. We can support with delivering one-time sessions or with building a long-term learning and development strategy with multiple modules.
